Harris Teeter have some of the best staff at any grocery store. The senior discount on Thursdays, their FUEL rewards, return and scan policies are excellent! I just wish Kroger, who owns Harris Teeter, could figure out a method customers could find out through technology which stores have an item in stock other than having to call customer service at each store and having them physically check their shelves and hold an item you need at the Customer Service desk. They used to be able to tell you which stories near you have an item in stock, but their software changed and they do not have the ability to do so now. I would also like them to install a least one handicap lane for people using riding carts like Wegmans has in their stores.
