Very well stocked grocery store, prices are a little higher than most places but I'll gladly pay it because it's the only grocery store near the island, next grocery store us about 27 miles away up the street. Great meat selection.
Harris Teeter The Village Market at Freshfields on Johns Island/Kiawah/Seabrook is a great place to find the best groceries. After a day of beach or relaxing it is great to know that there is a quality grocery store right there that has everything you need in one place. I like the layout of this store with all of the windows and natural light. The bakery and wine section really stand out at this location as there are some great items regularly featured there that can turn a night around. This store is always clean and well run and everyone that works here does their best to make sure that you have a great shopping experience.
