Our family shops at Haggen frequently and we love it! The produce is fabulous. The store is clean and all of the staff without exception are very professional and kind.
This evening I watched the most amazing drama unfold at Snohomish Haggen. A shoplifter tried to leave the store and was stopped by the security guard. Ashley, the night manager was amazing. She never lost her cool. She immediately called 911 supported the security guard as he detained the shoplifter.
Congratulations Ashley. You remained calm in the face of the drama and potential danger. Ashley was definitely thinking more about the welfare of the store than she was about herself.
The police arrived and safely and effectively arrested the shoplifter.
I know that Haggen and many other stores in Snohomish and Snohomish County deal with shoplifting on a daily basis but with managers like Ashley the store is in good hands!
