Very friendly staff. Prices are fair. Has foods I can't find anywhere else. One of my favorite places to shop. The health section is fabulous. Handmade soaps, essential oils, incense, high end products.
My girlfriend and I recently moved to MI from California and were used to all the many vegan, healthy, fresh foods at local markets all over the west coast state. It was difficult to say the least when going from that to shopping at meijer near college town. While there is a Whole Foods nearby, I can honestly say Fresh Thyme offers more options for less. It's also a lesser known store, so it's significantly less crowded than Whole Foods. Additionally, Better Health is another one of my usual stores around this area, but they offer less produce. Fresh Thyme is altogether one of my favorite grocery stores in the united states.
