Store associates made a mistake with my furniture order, and we received the wrong piece. I contacted the store, and Kendrick quickly and professionally solved the problem. He and another associate provided a personal touch that salvaged the experience.
We have been doing pickup for groceries for the last few weeks and this is our regular store and the people working here are always friendly and mindful of social distancing. I think you should be able to tip them. But a good review is the best I can do until Kroger changes that I guess.
