I love shopping @ Fred Myers. The only problem i have is receiving Customer Service. Yes, there's a lot of workers, but example; Vista Optical... i asked a question regarding scratch proof glasses, or eliminating fog wipes... the man workers just looked @ me & walked away without saying a word. Very Rude & Unprofessional... in the Apparel dept. I Caucasian young blond hair was walking by as we asked for help, she literally told me "NO, I CAN'T"...
James was very helpful today. James is a relief manager and was able to give me a rain check without me having to wait in line again. Thank you
