FoodMaxx Tully Rd, San Jose California Weekly Ad for 1972 Tully Rd, San Jose, CA 95122.

This is a unique store. Its a grocery store with a wearhouse feel. The aisles are well stocked, clean, and there was a wider range of products than the typical Lucky or Safeway. This was my first visit to the store, and was surprised to see a bunch of Asian and Latino grandma types crowded around a display of leggings near the produce section. I guess it was a really good deal, there seemed to be lots of excitement. Sorry, I can't comment on the product, I didn't see any in "dude" sizes. There are the typical grocery store offerings with some Latino and East Indian products mixed in. The bakery section was tempting, will come back for a closer look on someday where I've eaten breakfast before I go shopping. The meat department was running a special on ribeye, Canadian ribeye. If my freezer wasn't so full, I would have loaded up on some, the meat looked good and the price was great. A curious observation was the life-sized cardboard advertisement displays on top of the freezers, I've never seen it done before. I guess its a good optimization for otherwise unused space.

This Food Maxx is the best one I have utilized, as for now!! The aisles are plenty spacious, allowing many of the huge carts they provide, nice amounts of manuevering possibilities. And of course, their chicken and red meats offerings are very affordable, and tasty when prepared at home. Only negative opinion I have for this Food Maxx to dwell on is the unreal number of "customers", dirtbags actually, who go in there and just steal, steal, and steal meats, frozens, etc. Pretty much whatever they want they will boost it. And their kids pick up on this evil trait and no kkk vi
