Open late and have great deals on produce. There are even some healthy options if you pay attention to the ingredients labels. Although, be prepared to wait in a somewhat long line if you shop at 11pm at night like I did. Luckily the cashier was relatively fast.
The best place to get your groceries in the Bay area for a reasonable price everybody else is so high they just don't carry as many items if you see it buy it now because it might not be there in the next time you come back it's an overflow store I believe for Safeway you can get some good deals here
