I'm rarely left impressed by the customer service around the US, but it took one pleasant female sales associate from Greenwood's Dollar General to change that. I visited the store at around 1930 on May 8th (transaction time 1953) and this lady is a walking textbook of excellent customer service. Her demeanor, poise, and sales etiquette are to the point. I sincerely hope corporate identifies her potential, and uses her to train other associates. I can't find her name on my receipt, but I sincerely hope this message is passed on š
Cool store, but the name is misleading, it's Dollar General, but everything is generally not a dollar.
