The Standard of Excellence displayed by him should be followed by all employees in every business across the nation. It is an ancient old tradition of singing praises and rewarding the hired help monetarily if they serve their employer well. A good old pat on the back doesn't bring home the bacon. Waited until Saturday to do my shopping, so as to take advantage of the, $5 off $20 coupon. All did not go well, however, cashier didn't hesitate to make things right even though it took 3 tries. Bless his heart, I sure did appreciated it.
