I went to this dollar general today and there was a woman in there named Kaitlyn she was very friendly with a great personality. She helped me find what i was looking for. Everytime i go in there she was there ready to help. She is a great example of good customer service.
I love coming to this Dollar General. Even though it is a giant corporation, the staff make it feel like a locally owned general store. Kaitlyn is always so helpful and friendly. She always welcomes me in and I hear the other townsfolk chatting with her, too. Everyone seems to know her and I don't know how she manages to keep busy stocking and cleaning as much as she does as everyone wants to talk, but she is great, gets it done. I tried getting her to come work with me, but she's dedicated to DG. Y'all are lucky to have her.
