I stopped at This Dollar General on Covington Hwy to pick up some last minute items that I had forgotten at the local store. Totally blown away by the great customer service, the availability of items and the cleanliness of not only the store but the parking lot. The team at this location are doing an awesome job it doesn’t go unnoticed. Keep it up!!!
The store was clean and organized. The staff was friendly and helpful. I visited the store this morning and I think the store mgr or shift mgr rung me up (I think he was the mgr because he had "keys). He was extremely polite and friendly. He has true customer service skills, I have met some men who think flirting is customer service - NOT. This store is out of my way but whenever I am in the area I will definitely shop here. * I wish his name or associate number was on the receipt so he would know these are his KUDOS for a job well done.
