I really like the young Lady's (I think she's a morning manager), aura. She's always engaging and polite. She genuinely seems to enjoy her role there.
Crystal was Wonderful..... But, to the people in Cooperate, if your going to schedule an employee to work in a store alone, you should compensate them for doing 3 jobs simultaneously. Who doesn't understand in your cooperate office that an employee working in a store ALONE..... MEANS HIGHER SHRINKAGE FOR THE COMPANY. Give your employees the help. AND THE PAY that they NEED AND YOU MAY FINALLY BE ABLE TO KEEP SOME GOOD PEOPLE. Crystal made your company and store look really good today because; although, she was SWAMPED WITH CUSTOMERS IN THE STORE.... She showed a HIGH LEVEL OF PROFESSIONALISM, Which I doubt you pay her for. Learn to appreciate your employees....... STOP SHOOTING YOURSELF IN THE FOOT AS A COMPANY. GIVE YOUR EMPLOYEES PROPER COVERAGE HELP AND PAY. IT'S REALLY A NO BRAINER.......
