Not all Dollar General stores will give you the same shopping experience and this location has by far been my favorite! They always keep this store well stocked, organized, clean and the staff has been great. This location is close to my work and it's in sharp contrast to the DG location I have close to home that's always a bad experience. I make it a point to try and do my DG shopping at this location and wanted to give the credit where credit is due!
The manager Juan is awesome, helpful and has exceptional customer service skills!!!! He is ALWAYS very friendly and has a warm smile @ all times. Juan makes you feel like you are walking into his home!. I ALWAYS receive a, "Good morning, good evening or Hello" followed by, 'Welcome to Dollar General". As l am checking out, Juan smiles again and asks, "Have you found everything you need?". Thank you for having him as a Manager. In closing, l would like to nominate Juan for Employee of the Month. It's an award he deserves for his hard work and dedication.
