I was in the need for a phone charger and unsure about purchase due to inexperience of purchasing one for a newly acquired phone and the staff on duty was amazing in their knowledge of the right product for me and generous enough to take the time to question what my personal needs were to be sure I not only purchased a charger but in fact made sure I had one that fit my needs.
