What a Helpful and Friendly young man Matt in courtesy is! Rented a rug shampooer that unfortunately wasn't working properly, called up to get some help and Matthew was so courteous and friendly , offered a refund or exchange, we didn't want a refund, just a working shampooer and he exchanged with no problem.
