One of two stores in town that have Flash Food, so I go here regularly. They have good prices, but not as wide a selection. Their "buy now" discounts are usually 50%, which is better than most other places.
Great place to shop, not busy on week days, affordable prices and constant sales of course no matter where you go there will be cheaper items elsewhere but a good one stop shop for most groceries... I however refuse to get discounted meats, so I do not shop for meats at No frills. Mad Butcher for everything meat related
