This flyer is valid for Food Basics 150 Katimavik Road Kanata, Ontario store.Best prices I've found in my life. Slightly different shopping experience than normal though, that's how they save money. Just don't let yourself feel rushed at the checkout. I also noticed the selection of ground meat is sub par but I dont eat much meat and they have tons of vegetarian snack and meal options.Good prices on dry goods & frozen goods, poor produce & meat selection, store needs a face-lift.
